Responsabilités

build the weekly visit rota and match new clients to carers based on location and needs

run the six-weekly care-plan review calls with clients and families that keep our service from drifting into autopilot

find cover on short notice when a carer calls in sick

Prérequis

a few years of experience in home care, scheduling or a similar coordination role

someone genuinely organised rather than someone who says they are

English C1, since you will be writing care-plan notes and handling sensitive family conversations daily

a driving licence helps for the occasional in-person client visit

Conditions

mostly an office and phone-based role

€3,800–4,200 gross per month, hybrid with most of the week in our Dublin office

Across Dublin and the surrounding county, we look after older adults who want to stay in their own homes — scheduled visits, live-in care placements and a small community nursing team. The company started in 2011 and now employs around 130 nurses, healthcare assistants and coordinators. Most of our clients have been with us for more than two years. Every care plan is reviewed every six weeks by a named coordinator rather than a call centre, and each carer keeps a consistent list of six to ten households instead of a different address every shift.
