Prérequis

Registered nurse qualification, valid to practise in Ireland — we can advise on the process if you qualified elsewhere

1+ years of post-registration experience, community or ward-based

Full driving licence and comfortable driving between client homes daily

English C1 for clinical notes and family communication

Nice to have: wound care or palliative care experience specifically

Nice to have: experience with home-based medication management

Conditions

field-based, covering a caseload of 10 to 14 clients alongside two other home-care nurses, plus a rotating on-call weekend roughly one in four

process: a call, then a joint visit with a current team member, decision within ten days

Across Dublin and the surrounding county, we look after older adults who want to stay in their own homes — scheduled visits, live-in care placements and a small community nursing team. The company started in 2011 and now employs around 130 nurses, healthcare assistants and coordinators. Most of our clients have been with us for more than two years. Every care plan is reviewed every six weeks by a named coordinator rather than a call centre, and each carer keeps a consistent list of six to ten households instead of a different address every shift.
